How does WTTC.com work?
WTTC.com connects meeting planners to suppliers through a comprehensive and searchable database of venues and services. Planners can search for, find and contact suppliers of all kinds. The Website is free to all planners and includes a data management tool and a secure “My Planner” page, where event information can be stored -- and shared. WTTC.com also features real time help facilitate through a flat-rate, fee-per-use service provided by local DMC experts.

Why register?
If you want to use the data management tool and have your own secure “My Planner” page then you will have to register.

Is there a cost to register?
NO, WTTC.com is free to all professional event and meeting planners.

What kind of information do you collect at registration?
All we collect is your name and a valid e-mail address.

Will I be contacted by vendors or other business listed on the Website?
No, not unless you specifically contact them first. Your information is not shared with any third-party.

Will I receive e-mails from you?
We produce a monthly e-newsletter, which you will be subscribed to automatically when you first register. If you do not wish to receive the e-newsletter, then simply opt-out and you will be removed from the subscription list.

What happens if I forget my password?
To retrieve your password, go to the “My Account” login box, found on any page of the Website, and use the automatic password recovery feature. Your password will be sent to the e-mail address that you provided when you first registered.

Can I schedule a demo of WTTC.com for my department?
We offer free online demos once a month. To sign-up e-mail demo@wttc.com or visit the Demo Sign-up feature on the HomePage of your city site.

Is there a user's guide?
Yes, there is a User's Guide, which you can download as a PDF file.

How do I know that the suppliers listed on your Website are trustworthy?
WTTC.com suppliers are carefully selected, and must have previous experience working with professional planners. We also team with local DMC experts to ensure that facilities, services, category, and location are as described on the site.

What happens if I do not hear back from a supplier?
Each supplier is responsible for returning your e-mail (or telephone call). You can, however, notify WTTC.com if you are experiencing difficulties with any suppliers listed on the site. WTTC.com wants to ensure that the site is performing to established standards and will react accordingly.

Can non-professionals use WTTC.com?
Our primary users are professional meeting planners, including event executives and personal assistants. However, the WTTC.com search engine is public and can be used by individuals or small businesses, looking to organize their next meeting or event.
